2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  This is the only taco seasoning we use now. I make it in larger batches and keep in a sealed container--you would use 3 tablespoons per pound of meat. We add just a little kosher salt at the end of cooking to bring out the flavors. So much better (and better for you) than the packets! - 1/11/10
