I had a real number paper jam and pulled the paper out backwards. At the bottom of the top theme feed there is a melanise plastic stick, which is the paper jam detector. 08.09.2015: Espon WP-450 - Phantom Paper Jam

This might be a trifle different but nowadays I had issue with phantasm newspaper publisher jam, entirely when I printed from Firefox. Complete files that were connected the Microcomputer written fine. So figured there had to be something up some where otherwise the printer..

Thus....I had smashed HTC phone software to my computer. This is the only think different from the day prior.

So I deleted the computer software and the drives through and through uninstall, but it did not remove the HTC file under C:\Program Files (x86) HTC (file has 6 folders in it) - so, I went to manually delte the HTC folder and could non do thus. It still had something running, not could not be deleted.

So, went in and deleted one by one, till I was leftish with the file that was running: Net Transit Service exe.

Went to task manager to shut up down and denied access thinking if I shut IT in that location I could delete IT.

So approached it through Services (check in lower right corner of task manager)

Services opens up, scroll downbound until you come up the Internet Pass Through Serve (name might non incorporate all words, but you will see IT)

Right click on information technology and block up it.

So come back and delete the single file.

Problem solved, printer now works fine.

Epson WF-2540: paper pile, squealing noise connected power up.

HOWEVER, I noticed that the approx 10" x 1-1/2" clear impressible paper disperse-cover thingy that normally has integrated pivot pins happening either end, was missing one of the pins - someone (I have 4 kids) had broken it.

I removed the newspaper and peered down the slot with a flashlight, and lo and behold, I thinking I saw a tiny piece of plastic compact in the paper intake rollers. My son held the printer upside down spell I poked up into the paper slot with a unsound skinny knife to dislodge what turned forbidden to so be the discontinuous off plastic pin.

The printer works close now :-D

I had the same problem after looking the tabs people said needed to make up cycled I notice a elastic fell into the paper feed. subsequently cutting it and pull IT out problem solved.

My epson wp610 had a phantom paper jam - ck'd every serve after I installed a new CIS ink system and could not find a answer that worked.

Eventually, someone gave me a clue in these answers, took stunned cis, pushed air thru each ink nozzle in unit, then reinstalled cis.

Worked first time. Something essential have been blocking nozzle, I never found any debris.

Do you take up a wifi router connected to your printer??? If so, the router could be corrupted. Mine was hooked leading to my desktop and WiF router. For the sometime workweek, the LCD screen on my printer kept showing a paper muddle, but there was no paper jamming. I talked to my Net service provider and explained the problem. She told me it could be the wifi router that's messing up my connections. I took the router disconnected the modem, printer, and desktop and my printer is functioning again. If that's your problem, it's way more cheaper to supersede your WLAN router than going out and purchasing a early printer...

I had a grinding noise repeatedly jaming feeder.
